Guaranteed delivery and installation of the modular wardrobe set up at your premises within 15-20 days from the date of confirmation of the order and 50% advance payment. The 15 days sure shot guarantee is valid provided there is no change in the design of the Wardrobe agreed upon and the Wardrobe site is ready with all the civil works, as per our checklist or drawing. In case there is delay in handling over a ready site to us then the installation guarantee shall get extended by the period of delay.
PAYMENT TERMS
Initially 5% payment of the order value at the time of placing the order to Furnishingmantra.com. Payment of 45% of the order value to Furnishingmantra.com before production starts at our end. The Wardrobe vendor will be responsible for any manufacturing defects, breakages and damages before the installation . The Wardrobe (Carcass and shutters) carry a warranty of 5 year for any manufacturing defects, from the date of installation of the Wardrobe. Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty for normal use and conditions. The warranty on Hardware and Accessories shall be provided by their prespective manufacturers.
Warranty is not applicable to:
Damage caused due to exposure to extreme heat or termite or extreme humidity or prolonged exposure to water, Accidental damage and scratches during daily household use or normal wear and tear caused due to heavy impact. .
